How do I pay?+
In birr through Chapa, monthly or yearly.
How does the free trial work?+
Any paid Mail plan can start as a 14-day free trial, once per workspace and per owner. You don’t enter payment details, and the plan’s limits apply during the trial. Pay any time before it ends: your paid period starts when the trial ends, so you don’t lose any days. If you don’t pay, the workspace moves to the free plan. No mail is deleted.
Can I use my existing domain?+
Yes. Add your domain, and we show you the exact DNS records to set. We check them automatically and tell you when everything is verified.
Do you move our old email?+
There’s no import tool yet. You can copy old mail across yourself by adding both accounts to a mail app like Outlook or Apple Mail.
Is our email used to train AI?+
No. Ferry AI isn’t switched on yet, and your email will never be used to train models. When it launches, admins will be able to turn it off entirely.
What happens if I go over my Send volume?+
Each plan has a monthly limit. Move to a bigger plan at any time if you need more.
Can I mix plans for different users?+
Plans apply to the whole workspace. Talk to us if you need something different.
